This Privacy Policy explains how Rare Bird Lab LLC ("Rare Bird Lab," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit rarebirdlab.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, download a resource, or otherwise communicate with us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, and the message you send.
- Resource downloads (e.g., the GEO for Devtools playbook): your email address.
- Direct correspondence: anything you include when you email us.
Information collected automatically
- Server and usage data: our hosting provider records standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps.

How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the resources or services you request.
- To deliver the specific content you asked for (for example, emailing or serving a downloaded playbook).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising outside the tools described below.

Service providers and third parties we share data with

- Vercel — hosts the Site and processes server logs. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Google — provides web fonts (which receive your IP address to serve fonts), and, where enabled, Analytics and Ads. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta Platforms — where enabled, provides advertising and conversion measurement. See Meta's privacy policy.
- Google Workspace — hosts our email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data on these bases: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. If you access the Site from the EEA, the UK, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
