Work that had to perform

STAGE 01

Zerve: content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI

SEO GEO GHOSTWRITING 12 MONTHS

The problem. Zerve builds a collaborative data science and AI development environment, competing alongside Jupyter, Databricks, and Deepnote. Deep domain expertise, real customer wins, and a blog that produced 291 organic sessions in a year. Non-branded impressions were essentially zero.

The work. Search content now has to earn its ranking twice: once with Google, once with the AI answer engines a growing share of buyers use before they ever click a link. Over 12 months I produced 50+ pieces. SEO and GEO-structured long-form, executive ghostwriting across three distinct voices, a monthly user newsletter, launch and event coverage. Two or more posts a week.

The post that moved fastest was written explicitly as an SEO and GEO asset. Within eight weeks it ranked #2 on Google for its non-branded query, earned an AI Overview citation, and became the highest-traffic post on the blog with 1,654 sessions.

"Her high-quality work helped increase our visibility across search and AI platforms."

STAGE 02

Grepr: blog measurement infrastructure from scratch

ANALYTICS GA4 ONGOING FRACTIONAL GTM

The setup. Grepr, a Series A observability startup, had 83 posts live and traffic coming in. But when the founder asked how the blog was performing, the team answered with a gut check. Content was being produced in good faith. Decisions about what to produce next were being made on vibes.

What I built. A blog performance dashboard in GA4 with four working views: posts ranked by engagement rather than raw pageviews, traffic sources with nested channel detail, performance over time with anomaly detection, and path analysis showing where readers go next. It lives in the shared workspace. Anyone on the team gets the same answer.

The ongoing engagement. Content strategy, SEO, events, launches, LinkedIn, and paid coordination all live under the engagement now. Evaluated against a real baseline instead of last quarter's hunches, with monthly reports to the COO and CRO.

WHAT THE DASHBOARD MADE VISIBLE

Every traffic spike in the first 60 days mapped to a specific campaign action: a launch, a founder post, a conference day. Nothing was accidental.

Sorting by engagement time instead of pageviews reshuffled which posts win, and where the Q2 content bet should go.

The gap between traffic and conversion became measurable. Readers were moving toward the product and getting dropped before the handoff. Now a named priority.
